RRR and KGF 2 have been the biggest blockbusters this year and garnered massive collections worldwide. During their theatrical runs, KGF 2 had a slight lead over RRR which now seems to be closing up.
RRR worldwide gross is in the range of 1150Cr and KGF2 in the range of 1200 Cr. There was around 50Cr difference between these two films. Now, RRR has been released in Japan and the collections
are showing great numbers all over. While the movie started with low numbers but now it’s going on strong. This SS Rajamouli blockbuster has crossed 10Cr gross in Japan and it is expected to do much more in the full run.
And if the run continues in the same way, then it may cross KGF2 collections worldwide. Apart from Japan, the RRR team is also planning to release the film in other international markets and if that happens, then the collections will only grow further.
