The court in Mumbai has guaranteed actor Kamaal R Khan, known as KRK, in the case of harassment 2021 registered with him by the Suburban Versova Police.

Khan, however, will remain in prison, because the request for guarantees is delayed before the Borivali court in the 2020 controversial tweet case about actor Akshay Kumar and the filmmaker Ram Gopal Verma. Khan was arrested from Mumbai International Airport on August 30 for alleged demean tweets and sent to court custody by the Borivali Judge Court. The Versova police on Sunday took his custody in the harassment case and he was produced before the Bandra Court.

Khan, in the request for guarantees submitted through lawyers Ashok Sarogi and Jay Yadav before the Magistrate Bandra Court, claimed the content of the first information report (FIR) was not in accordance with the alleged incidents of practical harassment.
